Bids must be received at 30 Stearns Street, Massena, NY 13662 by 4:00pm on Friday, April 12, 2024. Bids will be awarded on Monday, April 15, 2024. The boat below may be viewed by appointment. To schedule an appointment call Massena Transport at (315) 769-6742, Monday–Friday 9am to 5pm.
